What this site is
The Vehicle Upgrade Program is a marketing program that connects vehicle owners with participating automotive dealerships to look at moving from their current vehicle into a newer one. We don't sell or buy vehicles ourselves, and we don't make credit decisions or arrange financing.
Your Upgrade Pass and offers
Nothing on this site — including your Upgrade Pass — is an offer of credit, a payment quote, an offer to buy your vehicle or a statement of its value. Your Upgrade Pass reserves a visit with the dealership. Any upgrade, payment, financing or trade-in offer is made by the dealership in person and depends on your vehicle's condition, mileage and value, what you owe on it, your credit and lender approval. You are never obligated to buy, sell or trade.
Financing
Any financing for a vehicle you may choose at the dealership is provided by third-party lenders through the dealership; approval, rates, down payment and terms depend on your complete credit application, verification of the information you provide, the vehicle you choose and each lender's criteria. Not everyone will qualify. Nothing on this site promises a particular monthly payment, and nothing here is an offer of credit.
Text messages
If you agree to receive texts, the dealership may text you about your invitation and your visit. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.
Your information
You agree that the information you submit is accurate and is your own. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.
Invitation Codes
Invitations are personal and valid only for the dates of the dealership's event. Don't attempt to guess or use Invitation Codes that aren't yours; we may block access that looks automated or abusive.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
